Diego Pardow

Executive Presidente

He is a lawyer from the University of Chile and holds a master’s degree and PhD respectively, in Law from the University of California, Berkeley. He is an assistant Professor of Economic Law at the University of Chile’s Law Faculty.

His main area of research is the Economic Analysis of Law, particularly in the areas of institutional design, economic regulation and judicial reasoning.

For his work from 2017 through 2018 he received the Edgardo Buscaglia award for best empirical research by the Latin American and Caribbean Law and Economics Association (ALACDE).

He has also been a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank in matters of infrastructure regulation and was counsels at the law firm FerradaNehme. Also, is an occasional columnist for the newspaper La Segunda.
